Hours

• Monday: CLOSED

• Tuesday - Saturday: 10 AM - 6 PM (5 appointment slots per day)

• Sunday: 12 - 5 PM (4 appointment slots)

Appointment Policy

As of February 23, 2021, BFF is open to clients by appointment only.

Appointments booked online can be made up to 2 days before the desired date. For any appointments less than 2 days away, please call us at (416)733-1680. Appointments can be rescheduled online using the Square appointments site. (Follow the link sent to you by email.)

Appointments can be cancelled online up to 2 days before your scheduled date. Should you need to cancel less than 2 days before your appointment, please call us.

Note: Curbside pickup is still available for orders that have already arrived (BFF will call you when your order arrives to arrange a pickup date & time) and direct orders for dresses can still be placed by contacting us (via phone or email).

Important Notes

• Clients may only visit by appointment only. Walk-ins are no longer accepted.

• In order to ensure optimal service & preparation time between appointments, there will be a limited number of appointment slots per day at pre-determined times:

  • Tuesday-Saturday: 5 appointment slots per day, 1 hour each, at 10:30 AM / 12:00 PM / 1:30 / 3:00 / 4:30

  • Sunday: 4 appointment slots per day, 1 hour each, at 12:00 PM / 1:30 / 3:00 / 4:00

• A maximum of 4 people per visiting party (group) will be permitted (e.g,. bride + 3 guests)

• When your purchased order has arrived, BFF will contact you directly to arrange an in-store pickup time.
